Martijn Scheijbeler

About Me

I’m currently building OutReserve, helping campgrounds, RV parks, and outdoor hospitality operators grow direct bookings and reach modern travelers more effectively.

OutReserve brings together my background in marketplaces, travel, SEO, performance marketing, and consumer growth. With a clear focus on one of the most underserved categories in travel.

I’m passionate about building the most loved consumer brands at scale through world-class growth strategy, performance marketing, and partnerships. My recent work at RVshare (PE-owned by KKR) focused on growing the marketing organization of RVshare, category creation within Travel, and scaling demand for both sides of the marketplace.

Growth, SEO & Marketing Analytics geek turned senior marketing executive. Martijn Scheijbeler is an experienced marketing & growth executive building + leading world-class marketing teams.

Currently, I serve as the SVP of Marketing at RVshare. I joined RVshare after the acquisition by Tritium Partners (Dec ‘17, sold to KKR in 2020) to scale marketing and create a category for RV rentals in travel. There I am responsible for building out the marketing org & scaling demand. My scope includes performance, brand, comms, product, customer experience, retention, marketing analytics, and partnerships—leading a cross-functional team responsible for both sides of the marketplace.

Before RVshare, I built and led the SEO function at Postmates, launching a previously untapped channel that drove tens of millions in new revenue prior to its acquisition by Uber in 2019. Before that, I led global marketing at The Next Web, helping grow the publication to 10M+ monthly users while launching new lines of business (e-commerce, MOOC, events). My first startup role was at Springest as employee #1, building Europe’s leading vocational education marketplace.

I’m energized by helping early and growth-stage companies scale GTM faster—especially at the intersection of marketplaces, travel, and consumer tech.
